Synopsis

When 9 year-old Lincoln Tapp found himself sitting in a meeting, with his parents and school teachers, he had no idea that very moment would set into motion a journey that would change his life forever. He was told he had a learning disability and his education options were limited.

YoungWild is a compelling new series that breaks the mold. A story of how a young man’s battle with adversity leads to an intense passion for bow hunting and a surprising self-discovery. With every new episode Lincoln gets closer to his goal of harvesting all of North Americas 29 big game species. Season One is an epic fair-chase adventure that showcases many impressive accomplishments, including becoming the youngest hunter on record to harvest a Stone sheep with a bow.

YoungWild is not a big production full of scripts, actors and producers. The show consists of family and friends coming together to make Lincoln’s dream a reality. Jim, Lincoln’s father, spends his time hunting and following his son with a camera to document their amazing journeys. Lincoln’s younger sister, Piper, loves to cook and appears in various episodes and online content. She showcases many unique recipes using the various big game animals her older brother harvests throughout the series. YoungWild’s Tapp family is relatable, genuine and the quintessential American hunting family, making it a great show for all audiences, not just hunting enthusiasts.

YoungWild’s primary target is youth hunters 8-25 years of age. Additionally the show appeals to adult hunters who share family values and participate in outdoor activities with their own children or grandchildren.
