1.  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT SPONSORED BY, ENDORSED BY, ADMINISTERED BY, OR OTHERWISE ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK.
2.   Name.  This promotion, referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes,” is called Mathews Bow Giveaway.
3.  How To Enter.  Click the sweepstakes tab on YoungWild.tv LLC (“Sponsor”) Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/youngwild.tv) and like the Facebook page if you have not already done so.  Follow the directions, including submitting your name and email address. Read these Official Rules and complete the entry form. One entry per person. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, garbled, or incorrect entries. For a copy of these Official Rules, visit www.youngwild.tv/giveaways.  Sweepstakes begins at 12:01am Eastern Daylight Time on January 24, 2014.  All entries must be received by 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on February 28, 2014, after which time the Sweepstakes will be closed and no further entries accepted.  Your entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules in their entirety.
4.  Eligibility.  The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents, 13 years of age or older as of the start date of the Sweepstakes, of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.   Employees of Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, representatives, agents and strategic partners, Administrator (as defined in section 11), those domiciled with them, and their immediate families are not eligible.  This offer is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.  The internal laws of the state of Oklahoma will govern this Sweepstakes.  Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.  Entrant warrants that she/he is eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and/or Facebook from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this contest or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize.
5.  Privacy.  When you enter the Sweepstakes, Sponsor and Administrator collect information from your entry form.  This information is being collected by Sponsor and Administrator, not by Facebook.
6.  Prize Details.  The winning entrant will receive one Mathews® Creed XS bow or equivalent based on age & bow specifications. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by winner.  Prize is not transferable.  All taxes relating to prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7.  Selection of Winner.  Potential winner will be determined in a random drawing to be conducted on March 1, 2014 by Administrator from among all eligible entries received during the time period identified in Paragraph 3.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  If a winner is deemed a minor in his or her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian.  Potential winner will be contacted by E-mail.  All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor and must complete an affidavit of eligibility.  If the prize winning notification is returned as undeliverable, the potentially winning entry is disqualified, or if winner declines or does not claim the prize and execute the affidavit of eligibility within fourteen business days follow the mailing of the prize winning notification, the prize will be forfeited and shall be awarded to an alternate winner in a random drawing from remaining eligible entries.  Prize shall be delivered to the address specified in the affidavit of eligibility by FedEx or other similar carrier within 5 days after Sponsor’s receipt of affidavit of eligibility.
8.  Limitation of Liability.  Each entrant into the Sweepstakes agrees to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsor, Administrator, Facebook, and their respective affiliates, directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, their advertising and promotion partners, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize related activities.  Under no circumstances will any entrant or Winner be permitted to obtain, and participants hereby waive all rights to, claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or attorneys’ fees, and entrants further waive all rights to multiplied, increased or otherwise enhanced damages.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this promotion should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor or Administrator corrupt or impair its administration, security, fairness or proper play.  In such an event, Sponsor may award prizes in a drawing from eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension.  Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kinds, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by any of the equipment, programming or personnel associated with or utilized in this promotion.
9.  List of Winners:  For a list of winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 2000 E. 15th St. Building 150 Suite G Edmond OK 73013 after March 1, 2014 and before April 1, 2014 or visit www.youngwild.tv/giveaways.  Winners may also be announced on Sponsor’s Facebook page.

CAUTION:  ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
